Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please take note of our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined below, which governs the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of donations and membership fees made to  Ayudhi Care Foundation 

Refund Policy:

1.General Donations: We deeply appreciate your generous donations, which are considered non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as an error in the donation amount, please reach out to us within 7 days of the donation date at 97729 77223 or via email at ayudhicarefoundation2022@gmail.com  to discuss your situation.

2.Membership Fees: Once membership registration fees are paid, they are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

1.Recurring Donations: Donors have the flexibility to cancel recurring donations at any time. To do so, please log in to your account on our website or contact us via 97729 77223 or email at ayudhicarefoundation2022@gmail.com  Cancellation requests made at least 7 business days before the next scheduled donation date will be effective for that billing cycle.

2.Event Registrations: Cancellation of membership is not possible; the membership shall remain effective until expiration.

Refunds Process:

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval, and they will be issued using the original payment method.
